People+Strategy Journal

People + Strategy is a highly respected quarterly journal that delivers the most current theory, research and practice in strategic human resource management. It consistently ranks among the top benefits in surveys among the SHRM Executive Network members. The publication focuses on HR best practices that help executives consistently improve HR performance and drive organizational development and effectiveness.

In my role as Art Director, I conducted a full journal redesign including research, creative workshops, strategy, and design. For each issue, I managed the process from start to finish including production, print, and layout.

The team transitioned to creating a digital magazine experience with longform interactive pieces that engage the reader at each step. As Art Director, I helped make this transition and worked with the web strategy team to create and launch the first digital issue. Following launch, I produced and created each online article for the issues.
